Repair To Ruin

Massive drums, drop tuned nu-metal rhythms, big choruses, attacking bass and eighties solos sums up what Repair To Ruin are about. A three-piece that sounds like a juggernaut live, by making use of electronic synths, gravelly, melodic vocals and raw power.
Formed in 2011 from the ashes of Six Second Silence, the lineup features myself on drums, Jake Leigh on vocals and guitar, and Don Whiberley on bass. Our 12-track debut album, released in 2015, was mixed and mastered by Matt Hyde (Slipknot, Trivium, Bullet For My Valentine) and met with great reception.
Unfortunately, due to a dramatic spell of sickness, injuries and lineup changes (including the departure of former guitarist Nick Goldfinch in 2016), the album never received the level of promotion it deserved. However, 2018 saw the band back on stage, sounding bigger and better than ever. While initial plans for a 15-track follow-up album were shelved, we shifted focus and released three standalone singles instead. As of 2026, we are back to work writing and recording brand new music.

Catchy, fast and cheerfully indebted to the early 2000s. Terry on bass and vocals, Jake Leigh on guitar and vocals, me on drums. Jake and I have been mates since 2008, so the rhythm section arguments are extremely well rehearsed.
